Catering & Group Dining Finder

Plan a team lunch, offsite or group dinner without calling around. The agent finds caterers and restaurants, emails each one on your behalf, and returns one comparison of what they actually confirmed.

What to send

• Date and time.
• Location (city or area).
• Number of guests.
• Service style: drop-off catering, buffet, or private dining room.
• Dietary needs (for example: 2 vegan, 1 gluten-free).
• Optional: budget per person or total. It is never shared with vendors; it is only used to mark over-budget options.

How it works

1. The agent checks your request. If something needed for a quote is missing, it asks you first and contacts nobody.
2. It finds caterers and restaurants in the area that offer your service style for groups.
3. It emails each one, clearly as an automated assistant working on behalf of a customer, and asks one yes/no question for each dietary need. Your name and contact details are never shared.
4. It collects replies for 48 hours, and asks one follow-up for missing details.
5. At the end of the 48 hours you get the report, even if some vendors did not reply.

What you get

• Vendors that confirmed your date, kept separate from those that did not.
• Price per person and total, minimum spend, deposit and cancellation terms, exactly as each vendor wrote them.
• A dietary table for each vendor: Covered, Not covered, or Not confirmed. A need is never marked covered unless the vendor said so.
• Starting prices (before menu choices, tax or service) are marked as starting prices.
• Vendors who did not reply or declined are listed too.

Limits

• Coverage: United States and Mexico. Emails in English or Spanish.
• The agent never books, pays a deposit, or accepts an offer. You decide and contact the vendor yourself.
• Some vendors need a tasting or a call before they confirm.
• Popular dates can fill up after the report is delivered.
• One round of changes is included.
