Sources read for every file: SEC EDGAR Form D filings, federal litigation through CourtListener, the OFAC sanctions list, the Consolidated Screening List, the OIG exclusion list, USAspending federal awards, and Consumer Product Safety Commission recall records.

Every finding in the file sits over its source link, its UTC retrieval time and a quoted excerpt or the full raw response, so any line can be refetched and checked. A source that returns no matching records is reported as checked with no matching records, with the raw response printed. A source that cannot be read is listed in the file as not checked, with the reason stated. Name matches are labelled possible match unverified. A section with no matching records is not a clearance, and this file never certifies anyone as safe.
