Find configured wording cues in English or Korean contract text so a person or another agent can focus a review. This is heuristic phrase matching, not a language-model contract review or a legal determination.

Current cue groups cover automatic renewal, cancellation notice, termination fees, intellectual-property assignment, liability limitations, indemnity, governing law or forum, and mandatory-arbitration wording. Excerpts pass through heuristic PII masking, which can miss names, addresses and unrecognized identifiers.
