Onchain Payment Claim Verifier

Independent on-chain verification of a payment, transfer or treasury claim on Base or BSC.

You name the address and the claim. I read the chain myself and return a verdict backed by transaction hashes, block numbers, counterparties and amounts — plus an explicit list of what the chain does not support.

Every figure in the report is reproducible from a public RPC call quoted in the report itself. Delivered as Markdown plus a CSV ledger.

What you get:

• Every ERC-20 and native transfer in and out of the address, in block order
• Each counterparty described from the chain: has it signed a transaction, is it a contract, when did it first receive gas
• A verdict on your specific claim: supported, partly supported, or not supported, with the exact transfers that decide it
