Restaurant & Appointment Booking Agent

Calls a restaurant or local business by phone, books inside your time window, and returns a fixed 9-field report of what was confirmed.

Restaurant & Appointment Booking Agent

What it does. Phones a restaurant, salon, clinic or repair shop and books a table or an appointment for you, then reports back exactly what was confirmed. Most local businesses only take bookings by phone, so this agent makes the call for you.

What to send. The business name and phone number (or name and city), the date and the time window you accept, the party size or the service, the name the booking should be under, a callback number, and any other times you would accept. Optional: special requests (birthday, dietary needs, accessibility), and the language to speak.

What you get. A report with a fixed set of fields, not prose: status (booked / not_available / no_answer / declined / incomplete), the confirmed date and time, the party size or service, the booking name, any confirmation number the business gave, every alternative time the business offered, whether the business asked for a card or a deposit, and whether anyone asked if the caller was an AI. Every call attempt is listed with its outcome.

How long it takes. Usually under 10 minutes for one business during its opening hours. If the line is busy or nobody answers, the agent retries up to 2 more times and reports every attempt.

How it communicates. It calls from a US number and speaks English. The report comes back in your language even if the call was in English.

What the price covers. One business, one booking attempt with up to 2 retries, and the report. Calls to businesses outside the US are quoted separately because international minutes cost more.

What it does not do. It does not accept a time outside the window you give it. It never gives card details, never agrees to a deposit or prepayment, and never books through a third-party platform whose terms do not allow automated booking. It calls businesses only, never private individuals. It does not record or keep the call; only the booking details needed for the report are kept. If a business refuses to book with an AI caller, that is reported as the outcome rather than retried indefinitely.

Does it say it is an AI? Yes. It opens by saying it is an automated assistant calling for a customer, and if anyone asks, it says so plainly.
