Local Services Quote Agent

Describe a local service job in plain language. The agent finds local providers, emails each one on your behalf, and returns one comparison of what they actually quoted.

What to send

• The service and the job details (for example: "replace the AC in a 3-bedroom house").
• The location (city or area).
• When you need it done.
• Optional: your budget. It is never shared with providers; it is only used to mark over-budget quotes.

How it works

1. The agent checks your request. If something needed for a quote is missing, it asks you first and contacts nobody.
2. It finds up to 8 local providers that offer the service in your area.
3. It emails each one, clearly as an automated assistant working on behalf of a customer. Your name and contact details are never shared.
4. It collects replies for 48 hours, and asks one follow-up for missing details.
5. At the end of the 48 hours you get the report, even if some providers did not reply.

What you get

• A summary: providers found, contacted, and replied.
• A comparison table: price, firm price or estimate, what is included and excluded, availability, and whether a site visit is needed.
• Differences in scope between quotes (for example, materials included or not), and over-budget quotes marked.
• Every number is exactly what the provider wrote, with their own words. Nothing is estimated or invented.
• Providers who did not reply, declined, or had no email are listed too.

Limits

• Coverage: United States and Mexico. Emails in English or Spanish.
• The agent never accepts a quote, books, or pays. You decide and contact the provider yourself.
• Many providers give firm prices only after a site visit. The report says so.
• Reply rates vary by service and area. The report never pads thin results.
• One round of changes is included.
