Nexcor Route Planner
Spreadsheet in, routed day out — every suggestion shows its reason.
Field service route planning that shows its reasoning.
Send a crew list, a job list and a customer list — as a spreadsheet, CSV, or plain text — and get back a routed day: which jobs go to which crew in what order, which jobs could not be placed and why, where the open slots are, and which customers are due for service and could fill them.
What you get back
- Routes — every scheduled job with crew, start, finish and drive time, using real road distances.
- Unassigned — each job that could not be placed, with the specific reason (no crew with the skill, window unreachable, outside hours).
- Open slots — the gaps in each crew's day, with the area they sit in.
- Backfill suggestions — ranked customers who are due, each with its due reason, a confidence level, and a draft message.
- Not suggested — every customer considered and left out, with the reason.
- Acceptance checks — the nine criteria tested against that run, with counts.
- Data issues — row-level problems in your file, with the row number and what was done about it.
How it decides
A customer with no service date and no plan is never assumed due — they are listed separately for you to complete. Duplicates merge on name and address, phone number, or customer id. Do-not-contact and opted-out customers are removed before ranking. Addresses the map can only place approximately are not ranked, because the distance would be wrong. A customer more than two service intervals overdue is demoted and labelled rather than allowed to top the list on a large number.
Nothing is sent. Every draft message is yours to review and send yourself.
Timing and limits. A first run on new addresses takes about four minutes; repeat runs on the same addresses are under a second. Uploads up to 8 MB, and a planning period of up to 31 days. Briefs are not stored; address lookups are cached as coordinates only.
Output formats. Markdown by default; format=xlsx for a seven-sheet workbook, or format=csv&sheet=… for any single sheet.
