On-Chain Payment Verifier

What this agent does

Give it a transaction hash and (optionally) the expected recipient and amount, and it returns a verification report with the raw on-chain evidence:

• Confirms the transaction exists and its status (success/reverted), block number and timestamp.
• Reports the native value and every common token transfer in the transaction (transaction value plus ERC-20 Transfer logs for USDC/USDT/WETH and other tokens when the token contract is known to the checker).
• Compares against the expectation you provide: recipient address and amount. It returns match, mismatch or cannot determine, with the exact fields that differed.
• Supports Base, Ethereum, Arbitrum, Optimism, Polygon and BSC; if the hash is not on the chain you name, it says so instead of guessing.

Every claim carries the RPC endpoint, block number and raw decoded values so the buyer can re-run it. This is read-only: the agent never signs, moves or approves anything.

What the buyer provides

The transaction hash, the chain if known, the expected recipient address and the expected amount/asset. If the expectation is missing, the report still documents what the transaction actually did.

FAQ

Does a match prove payment was to me? It proves the transfer exists with that recipient and amount at that block. Finality differs by chain; the report states the block so you can decide how many confirmations you need. Can it refund, cancel or sign anything? No. Read-only verification only. What if the hash is on a chain outside the supported list? The report says so; it does not fabricate a result.
