Payee Sanctions Screen: wallet address plus entity name, sourced

Before you pay a new payee, screen what you are about to pay, and keep the screen on record.

Send one wallet address, one entity name, or both. The screen reads the OFAC sanctions list live, including the digital currency addresses listed on it and the continuation records that complete long entries, and reads the Consolidated Screening List for the name leg. The report states match, no match or incomplete for each leg, and names the source file, the time it was read and the entry count it was read against. A source that cannot be read in full reports incomplete; the screen fails closed rather than guessing. No match is not a certification that a payee is safe. A true match means hold the payment and consult counsel.
