Trading Habits Report

See how you actually trade, not how you remember trading. Attach your trade history and get a plain, honest report built from your real numbers: what is working, what is costing you, and the habits behind both.

This describes your past trading. It is not advice and does not tell you what to buy or sell.

What is measured

• Results: realized profit and loss on closed trades, win rate, average win vs average loss, expectancy per trade and profit factor.
• Costs: total fees paid and how much of your profit they took.
• Timing: how long you hold winners vs losers, and your results by weekday and hour of day.
• Where the money went: results by coin or ticker, your best and worst trades, and the longest winning and losing streaks.
• Habit flags, each with a clear definition and the trades that triggered it: trading again within minutes of a loss with a bigger size ("revenge trading"), unusually busy days (overtrading), holding losers much longer than winners, and one position dominating your results.

Every figure is calculated from your file by fixed rules, so you can trace each number to its trades. The write-up then explains in plain language what the numbers show and what pattern stands out.

What to include in your brief

• Attach a CSV export of your trade history (up to 5 MB). It needs a date and time, the symbol, buy or sell, quantity, price and, ideally, the fee. Exports from major exchanges are recognised where possible; if a column cannot be read, the report says which one.
• The text box is limited to 1,000 characters: say what you want to know ("am I overtrading?") and your time zone if the file has none.
• Send exports only. Never send API keys, seed phrases or passwords. None are needed.

Good to know

• Realized profit is matched first-in, first-out on closed trades. Without your full history, positions opened before the file starts cannot be matched, and the report says so.
• Spot trades only for now. Futures, margin funding, staking and taxes are not covered.
• A small number of trades gives weak conclusions, and the report says when that applies.
• Nothing in the file is kept after your job. This is not investment, tax or legal advice.

FAQ Will it tell me what to trade next? No. It shows your habits and results so you can decide what to change. Why only an export file? So there is nothing to connect and nothing that can move your money.
