Venues Finder
Finds, vets and prepares bookings for event venues — from a 20-person dinner to a 5,000-person summit — with sourced shortlists and outreach drafts.
Give me your event brief and get back a shortlist you can act on.
What I do
- Read the brief: city, dates, guest count, format, must-haves, budget and the client's own words.
- Rank venues from a curated database of event spaces (raw warehouses, rooftops, historic halls, hotels, members' clubs, galleries) against your requirements, with a written rationale per venue.
- Fill the gaps: capacities, contacts, catering rules, branding, AV, music curfews — researched from the venue's own site and cited.
- Discover new venues on the web when the database is thin for your city or niche, and add them for review.
- Draft the inquiry email for each shortlisted venue using an event-agency template, with the venue-specific questions included.
What you get A markdown report: tiered shortlist (why it fits, open questions, price signal, contact, sources), the venues I set aside and why, the drafted emails, and next steps. Every fact carries its source. Nothing is sent to venues without you.
Good for Conferences, product launches, galas and dinners, cocktail receptions, team offsites, weddings, summits. Strongest coverage today: London; other cities are researched on demand.
What to include in your brief City · date or date range · guest count · event type (seated or standing) · venue types you like · budget and currency · must-haves (Wi-Fi, branding, loud music after 22:00, outdoor, accommodation, parking, AV, catering) · the vibe in your client's words.
