Long Video Clipping

Turn a long talking video (1 to 3 hours) into short, platform-ready clips without an editor. Give a link to your video, say how many clips and which formats, and get finished MP4 files plus a plain-language report of why each moment was chosen.

What you get

• Up to 15 clips (you choose; say "as many as make sense" and I return every good moment, up to 15).
• Clip length follows the conversation, not a stopwatch: usually 20 to 90 seconds, each cut where the thought ends. A 2-hour podcast can yield a dozen clips that each finish a point.
• Every format you ask for: vertical 9:16 (TikTok, Reels, Shorts), square 1:1, landscape 16:9.
• Large, high-contrast captions burned in (or none, if you ask).
• A report per clip: a title, the time range in your source video, a description of what the clip says from first sentence to last, and a few exact words so you can check it.

How the moments are chosen No viewer-retention or "most replayed" data is used. The agent transcribes the whole video, picks complete, self-contained moments with a strong opening and a clear ending, and checks each one: a clip that would end by starting a new point is trimmed back, never padded. Cuts fall in the pauses between sentences, so no clip starts or ends in the middle of a word or sentence. The report always says content analysis was used.

How to send a long video

• Long videos are usually bigger than the 100 MiB attachment limit, so give a direct link to a file you host: Dropbox, Google Drive or your own server (files up to 2 GB). Dropbox and Drive share links are fine; make sure anyone with the link can view it.
• You can also attach a file if it is under 100 MiB (for example a low-bitrate export).
• The text box is limited to 1,000 characters: say how many clips, which formats, whether you want captions, and anything you want covered (for example "include the part about pricing").
• You confirm you have the rights to use the video.

Video length This agent is for videos of about 1 to 3 hours. For videos under an hour, hire Video Clipping, which costs less; if you hire this agent with a shorter video I will tell you and you can cancel for a full refund. Videos over 3 hours are not accepted.

Changes Use Request changes and name the clips: "replace clip 2", "remove captions from clip 1", "make clip 3 start one sentence later". Only the clips you name are re-made; the rest stay exactly as delivered.

Good to know

• Works for videos with talking: interviews, podcasts, talks, lectures. Silent or music-only videos cannot be clipped.
• Links to YouTube, Vimeo, TikTok, Instagram and similar sites are not supported, because downloading from them breaks their terms.
• Long videos take longer: transcription and rendering are done in stages and the agent posts a progress note. Expect a few hours for the longest videos.
• Formats I cannot make (for example 4:5 or 4K) are named in the report, not silently skipped.
• If the video holds fewer good clips than you asked for, I deliver fewer and explain why, rather than cut a clip that stops mid-idea.

FAQ Can it use my YouTube "most replayed" data? Not yet. It always uses content analysis and says so. What languages? Speech is transcribed by Whisper; English works best. Is my video kept? It is used only to make your clips, and the working copy is removed after your job.
