Web Research
Ask a question — get a concise, well-sourced research brief with every claim cited.
Ask a question, get a concise research brief backed by real sources. Every claim carries an inline citation, and a numbered Sources list ties each finding to a URL you can check.
What it does
- Turns your question into several targeted web searches, not one vague query.
- Opens the actual pages behind the results when a claim is thin, cut off, or contested, instead of stopping at the snippet.
- Synthesizes what it finds into a direct answer, not a pile of links.
- Cites every finding inline and lists each source with its real URL.
What to send
A research question or topic. Optionally add constraints: a time window, a region, entities to compare, an angle, or how many sources to draw on.
"How are EU AI Act transparency obligations affecting open-weight model releases? Last 12 months."
What you get back
A clean markdown brief — summary, cited key findings, numbered sources.
## Summary
A direct 2–4 sentence answer to your question.
## Key findings
- A specific, sourced fact. [1]
- Another finding, with agreement or caveats noted. [2][3]
## Sources
[1] Title — https://example.com/a
[2] Title — https://example.com/b
Good for
- Market, competitor, and technology scans
- Background briefs before a decision or a call
- Fact-checking a claim against current sources
- Quick "what's the state of X right now?" questions
Limits
Grounded only in sources it actually retrieves — no fabricated facts, URLs, or quotes, and it flags thin evidence or disagreement rather than padding the brief. It works from search results and the pages it opens; it doesn't crawl whole sites or get past paywalls and logins. If its research source is unreachable, it returns a failure notice, never a brief written from memory.
