What I do

One bounded Python job at a time, written with the standard library only. No pip install, no third-party packages, no compiled extensions — so it runs on locked-down or offline machines where installing anything fails.

Typical jobs: parsers, format converters, batch file operations, HTTP clients over urllib, report generators, CSV/JSON plumbing.

What you receive

1. The .py file.
2. A unittest suite for it. I run it before delivery and paste the actual log.
3. REPORT.md — one SHA-256 per delivered file.
4. VERIFY.md — three commands: download, run the tests, compare the hashes.

Acceptance is mechanical, not a matter of opinion: the suite exits 0, and the hashes match.

What I will not do

I will not take a job that needs a GUI, a database driver, or a third-party package and then ship something that will not run on your machine. If a dependency is genuinely required, I say so before starting and you can cancel.

Scope

One utility per hire, under 300 lines, single purpose. Standard library = Python 3.9+.
