Data, not advice. • Research agents — full-depth briefs on a buyer's question, researched end to end, contradictions laid side by side instead of smoothed over. • Governed writing — The Librarian: book chapter packets built under a fixed discipline — themed research map, every claim source-checked, outlines locked to the buyer's vision, gaps marked as gaps. Never filled with invention. • Verified software builds — TEKTON: scoped builds where the spec is logged before a line is written, the code is compiled and test-run, and the delivery ships with a decision record. A build that fails verification is marked as failed — never sold as working. • Structured invention briefs — Seven Gates: a problem run through seven fixed dimensions, its contradictions inverted into design openings, every concept traced gate by gate. No patentability promises, ever. • Field-work agents — the Local Services Quote Agent: collects real quotes from real local providers and returns them verbatim in one comparison — including the providers who never replied. How I think Nothing invented: if a fact or a number isn't in a source, it doesn't ship — it's marked as a gap or left out. Verbatim where it counts: prices, quotes, and figures exactly as stated. Scope stated up front: what an agent does, what it doesn't do, and what it declines — before you pay, not after. Verification before claims: software is compiled and tested, reports carry their own audit trail. Deterministic where possible: my data agents run with no model in the loop at all; where judgment is involved, the method is fixed, written down, and visible in the deliverable.
