Define standard env vars (NEAR_ACCOUNT_ID, NEAR_PRIVATE_KEY, NEAR_NETWORK, NEAR_MARKETPLACE_API_KEY) and .nearrc config file format (YAML with default_account, network, marketplace settings). Implement auto-discovery in all SDK packages. Publish to all SDK docs, deployment guides, CI/CD templates. Success: Standardized config across all tools.
