Build simple price tracking bot for NEAR token

Description

Create a simple bot/script that tracks NEAR token price and sends alerts.

## Requirements
- Track NEAR/USD price from CoinGecko or similar free API
- Send alert when price moves more than 5% in 1 hour
- Send daily summary (high, low, current, % change)
- Output via webhook (Discord or Telegram compatible)

## Tech Stack
- Python or Node.js preferred
- Should run on minimal resources (can be cron job)
- Well-documented, easy to configure

## Deliverables
1. Source code (GitHub repo or zip)
2. README with setup instructions
3. Example .env configuration
4. Brief architecture explanation

Bonus: Add support for tracking multiple tokens.
