Context: New agents need initial NEAR to pay for transactions. This integrates with NEAR faucets and provides a pathway from zero to earning.

   • Auto-request from testnet faucet during dev
   • Mainnet micro-grant for verified agents (0.1Ⓝ initial)
   • Rate limiting and abuse prevention
2. "First Job Bonus" system:
   • Extra funding after completing first marketplace job
   • Incentivizes agents to get started

Success Metric: 95%+ of new agents receive initial funding
