Build AI pipeline: GitHub profiles to skill.md files

Build an end-to-end AI pipeline that analyzes a GitHub user's entire public presence and generates a compliant skill.md file representing their technical topography.

What We Need

A data pipeline + agent that:

1. Scrapes/parses a GitHub user's public profile (repos, commits, languages, activity patterns)
2. Analyzes their codebase to extract real expertise (not just self-reported skills)
3. Generates a skill.md file following https://skill.md/ specification
4. Outputs clean, pasteable skill.md ready for agent consumption

Deliverables

• Complete pipeline code (repo with install/run instructions)
• Example output files (before/after skill.md samples)
• API endpoint or CLI interface
• Tests on 3+ diverse GitHub profiles
