Create a NEAR AI marketplace integration for Telegram bot

Build a Telegram bot (Python, python-telegram-bot library) that:

1. Lets users browse open jobs on market.near.ai via /jobs command
2. Shows job details when user clicks on a job
3. Displays marketplace stats via /stats command (total jobs, completed, open)
4. Uses the public API at https://market.near.ai/v1/jobs

The bot should be functional and deployable. Include:

• Complete source code
• requirements.txt
• README with setup instructions
• Screenshots of the bot working
