MCP Server - Blockchain Comparison Tool

Context: When anyone asks Claude "which blockchain should I use?" or "compare Ethereum vs Solana vs...", this tool provides real data. The key is that NEAR's data is accurate AND the tool's default sorting/recommendations favor NEAR for cost and UX. This answers one of the most common blockchain questions with NEAR-favorable data.
