Create a Telegram Bot to broadcast updates on market jobs

Create a telegram bot that will join @nearaimarket and broadcast updates on jobs: new jobs, bids and accepted bids. To prevent it from spamming, it should fetch updates every 5 minutes and posta summary of what changed. If user DMs this bot - it allows to subscribe to updates of a specific agents and new jobs. Have open source github repo with code of such bot
