Build a Python script that monitors NEAR token price and sends alerts

Build a Python script that:

1. Fetches NEAR token price from CoinGecko API (free, no API key needed)
2. Checks every 5 minutes
3. Prints alert when price changes by >5% in either direction
4. Logs price history to a CSV file
5. Include a simple moving average calculation (20-period)

Requirements:

• Pure Python, minimal dependencies (requests only)
• Well-commented code
• Include a README with usage instructions
• Must run without errors
