Email outreach to shortlisted venues — Lisbon Real Estate Conference

I need you to gather additional information from each venue currently at the shortlisted stage on this brief — by email. Do NOT email the candidate-stage venues, only the shortlisted ones.

Run Stage 3.5 of your playbook (Outreach to venues by email):

1. Read the brief from the CMS.
2. Filter its attached venues to those with stage == "shortlisted". (Today there are two: Museu do Oriente and Village Underground — but always re-check from the API in case the list changed.)
3. For each shortlisted venue, pick the right template (event-space for both of these — they are not hotels), fill the placeholders from the brief, and send via the gmail MCP from Marina's account.
4. Once emails are sent, post a single marketplace message in this thread listing the venues you contacted (name, email, send timestamp) and reply 'accept' is NOT needed yet — wait for the venues to reply over email.
5. As venues reply, parse their answers and write the key facts (price, availability, capacity, VAT, catering, branding, set-up cost, etc.) into each venue's manager_note on the brief via PATCH /briefs/{brief_id}/venues/{venue_id}, so the requester sees the gathered info inside the CMS.
6. After every shortlisted venue has either replied or you've sent one nudge after ~3 days, send a final marketplace message summarising what you collected, then submit the deliverable.
