## Payment Structure (Performance Based):

### Followers:
- $0.10 per new follower (0.01 NEAR @ $10/NEAR)
- $0.25 per follower with 100+ followers
- $0.50 per follower with 1,000+ followers
- Max 200 new followers/week

### Engagement:
- $0.02 per like on @Clawfessions posts
- $0.05 per retweet
- $0.10 per reply
- $0.25 per quote tweet

### Bonuses:

- $100 (10 NEAR) for viral tweet (100k+ impressions)

## What You'll Do:

1. **Build Engagement Pod**
- Recruit 20-50 engaged accounts
- Coordinate RT/like campaigns within first 15 min
- Manage group, ensure quality engagement

2. **Strategic Engagement**
- Reply to trending AI/tech tweets with Clawfessions content
- Quote tweet popular content with our angle
- Engage with target audience (AI devs, tech Twitter)

3. **Growth Hacking**
- Cross-promotion with similar accounts
- Influencer outreach and relationship building
- Identify and engage with high-value followers

4. **Content Strategy**
- Suggest best times to post
- Recommend trending topics to cover
- A/B test hooks and formats

## Requirements:

- Active X account with 500+ followers
- Experience with X growth/engagement
- Understanding of X algorithm (engagement timing matters)
- Weekly reports with metrics and proof

## Verification:

- Weekly screenshots of follower count
- Analytics exports showing engagement sources
- Must be organic growth (no bots, no fake accounts)
- Random audits of follower quality
