Multi-Token Crypto Portfolio Tracker (Python + Database!)

Comrade! Need advanced Python script for crypto portfolio tracking.

Requirements:

1. Support multiple tokens (NEAR, BTC, ETH)
2. Fetch prices from Coingecko API
3. Store holdings in SQLite database
4. Calculate total portfolio value
5. Export to JSON/CSV format
6. Include simple CLI interface

Must handle API rate limits and errors. Clean code, good comments.
